Catch of the day
Skamania Steelhead at Grand river. It's funny to see Elle quickly grabbed her playdough scissor, placed her little chair next to dada and stood on it when dada was getting ready to fillet the fish. Oh yeah, she's getting all excited about "cutting" the fish herself.

cooked curry fish head ? or asam fish ?
We split it into 3 portions. We had it pan-fried two days ago. The biggest portion will be saved for asam fish. Another one maybe used to make otak-otak.

many alternatives for fish. so, ar e u the chef ? i doubt so :-)
as usual..but put on weight a lot..

I hit 198 pounds days before Elle was born. Yikes!
Elle zen xin fu, got chef parent cook for nice foods daily.
